The Legal Services National Technology Assistance Project (LSNTAP) is a national organization that supports legal aid programs through technology training, resources, and guidance.

Their previous website was outdated and lacked the flexibility to support a growing library of webinars, toolkits, and downloads. With a diverse user base of IT staff, advocates, and administrators, LSNTAP needed a more intuitive platform for accessing and managing content. Gravity Works led a full redesign and development, beginning with stakeholder interviews and analytics review. We created a streamlined site architecture focused on usability, built custom Drupal content types for structured resources, and implemented a robust taxonomy to support faceted search and browsing.

Accessibility was a core priority, and the new site meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards with responsive, mobile-friendly design and accessible forms. The result is a scalable, user-centered platform that strengthens LSNTAP’s ability to serve the legal aid community nationwide.
